DELIVERY 

All orders received are dispatched within 3 working days. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit and delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for goods delivered at which point responsibility passes to you. All orders are shipped second class via Royal Mail. UK and international shipping rates are applied at the point of check out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all original labeling attached. Please note we will not accept returned items, if there is any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Refunds are made within 30 days and credited to the card used to make the purchase. This includes sales taxes for all EU country shipments, but excludes delivery charges, duty for non-EC territories (where applicable) and recovery costs.

Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes are excluded on shipments outside the European Community (EU).

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting.

Please do not return goods until you receive an Authorised Return Number (ARN) from LEIDA which will incorporate the address to which the goods must be returned.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
